Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.   Spread a tub (or required amount) of Sweet Kelp on a baking tray, turn the oven off and place the tray into the oven.  This can be left in the oven for 1 hour or overnight.

When you take the tray out of the oven, press down on the sweet kelp with your hand and crush it to the required size. It can now be used in your salt cellar or put back into the tub; this will stay fresh and crisp for months.

Other Uses

You can sprinkle on soup, stir frys, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, mashed or boiled potatoes, or my own personal favourite fruit salad, coconut yogurt then sprinkle toasted Sweet Kelp on top. This can also be eaten on its own as a healthy alternative to crisps.
