INGREDIENTS

4 Large Rooster Potatoes Skins Only

1 Tsp Turmeric Powder or Grated Root

1 Heaped Tsp Seaweed Seasoning

1 Tbsp Chilli Oil

 

METHOD

Pre Heat Oven 200 Degrees

Put Potato Skins onto the oven tray

Sprinkle with Turmeric and Seaweed Seasoning

Massage Oil into Skins

Place Tray into Pre-Heated Oven for 20 minutes or until Skins are Crispy

 

These can be eaten on their own as a savoury treat
