Ingredients

1/4 cup seaweed seasoning
40g Cashew Nuts (preferably soaked, but not necessary)
4 Dates soaked
3 Prunes
14g Oats (if celiac gluten-free)
5g Raw Cacao Powder
1 tsp Grated Orange Rind
2 Mint Leaves Chopped (optional)

Method

  1. Soak Dates overnight in cold water or for 5 minutes in hot water
  2. Blend all ingredients together, then add dates one at a time until it forms a thick paste
  3. Form into bite-sized pieces and coat in Seaweed Seasoning
  4. These will stay fresh refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week
