INGREDIENTS
1 Head of Cauliflower
1 tsp Turmeric Powder or Grated Root
1 tsp Connemara Seaweed Seasoning
Level tbsp Oil
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Chop Cauliflower into small florets
Place into a large bowl or ziploc bag
Add Turmeric, Seaweed Seasoning and Oil
Mix well, making sure the cauliflower is well coated
Place the cauliflower mixture onto the oven tray and bake for around 20 minutes, turning halfway through
This is lovely eaten on its own or as a side dish
