Ingredients

180g smoked mackerel
2 tbs thick natural yoghurt
1 tsp capers
4 coriander stalks, finely chopped
Juice half a lemon
1 tbs toasted sweet kelp, finely chopped
1 tsp seaweed seasoning

Method
  1. Flake the mackerel and check that all bones are removed.
  2. Add all ingredients to your food processor and blend for 30 seconds {chunky texture]
  3. Turn out into a serving dish and place in the fridge for 30 mins.
To Serve

Top with Connemara Organic Sweet Kelp Toasted. Enjoy.
