Salmon with Kelp Butter, Baby Potatoes and Mixed Veg

 

Ingredients

1 Salmon Darne per person
50g butter
Few small pieces of Kombu Kelp crushed or some Sweet Kelp Toasted and crushed

1 tsp seaweed seasoning
1 bag baby potatoes
Mixed Veg of choice eg baby carrots,baby corn, green beans
1 lemon halved
Method

1.Preheat oven 170 degrees
2.Mix kelp and butter together with a fork,spread over darnes and place uncovered into preheated oven for around 12 minutes
3.Steam baby potatoes till cooked
4.Steam veg till still slightly crisp
5.Serve with Lemon Juice and Seaweed Seasoning sprinkled on top
