Roasted Cauliflower with Turmeric and Seaweed Seasoning

INGREDIENTS

1 Head of Cauliflower

1 tsp Turmeric Powder or Grated Root

1 tsp Connemara Seaweed Seasoning

Level tbsp Oil

 

METHOD

Pre heat oven 180 degrees

Chop Cauliflower into small florets

Place into large bowl or ziploc bag

Add Turmeric, Seaweed Seasoning and Oil

Mix well making sure Cauliflower is well coated

Place Cauliflower mixture onto oven tray and bake for around 20 minutes turning halfway through

Delicious served with Seaweed and Lentil Dhal and Cashew and Seaweed Cream.
