Cashew and Seaweed Cream


150 g Cashew Nuts (unsalted)

175ml Plant Milk

1 tsp (Seaweed Seasoning


Pour boiling water over cashew nuts leave for 10 minutes

Strain cashews and add to blender (I use Nurti Bullit)

Add plant milk and seaweed seasoning

Blend until smooth and silky (around 1 minute)

This version can be used for sweet or savory dishes, topping for porridge or an additional protein for any vegan meal.

You can add in spices, herbs etc and use as a sauce for spiced roast veggies etc.

Suggested uses Serve with Seaweed and Lentil Dhal
