Orange Cacao and Mint Bites with Seaweed Seasoning

Ingredients

1/4 cup seaweed seasoning
40g Cashew Nuts (preferably soaked but not necessary)
4 Dates soaked
3 Prunes
14g Oats (if celiac Gluten Free)
5g Raw Cacao Powder
1 tsp Grated Orange Rind
2 Mint Leaves Chopped (optional)

Method

  1. Soak Dates overnight in cold water or 5 minutes in hot water
  2. Blend all ingredients together then add dates one at a time until it forms a thick paste
  3. Form into bite size pieces and coat in Seaweed Seasoning
  4. These will stay fresh refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week
