Mackerel Pate with Toasted Sweet Kelp
Ingredients
180g smoked mackerel
2 tbs thick natural yogurt
1 tsp capers
4 coriander stalks finely chopped
juice half lemon
1 tbs toasted sweet kelp finely chopped
1 tsp seaweed seasoning
Method
- Flake mackerel and check all bones are removed.
- Add all ingredients to your food processor and blend for 30 seconds {chunky texture]
- Turn out into serving dish and place in fridge for 30 mins.
To Serve
Top with Connemara Organic Sweet Kelp Toasted. Enjoy.
